Liliana Kleid studied communications and the arts in her native Peru. Her professional career began in the field of animation, and she produced numerous animated television commercials in Peru, Brazil and Bolivia.

Liliana came to the United States in 1994 with her American husband. Here, she changed her artistic course in favor of wall and ceiling murals, trompe l'oeils and faux finishes.

She lives and paints in Litchfield, Connecticut and exhibits her work at New England art shows throughout the year.
